By creating an account or using Kalos, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Kalos. By using the app you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You may not impersonate another person or provide false information about yourself.
3. The Kalos Score
Your Kalos Score is an AI-generated estimate of facial attractiveness. It is an opinion, not an objective measurement of your worth or beauty. We don't guarantee its accuracy, and it should never be used to judge yourself or others.
4. Profile verification
Verification uses a third-party AI system to assess whether your photos appear AI-generated and to estimate your age. A government photo ID may be requested to strengthen verification. Verification is a trust signal, not a guarantee of identity, and we may revoke a verified badge at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: harass, threaten, or stalk others; post content that is illegal, hateful, or sexual involving minors; use fake or AI-generated photos to misrepresent yourself; scrape or misuse the service; or attempt to access another user's data.
6. Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Settings. Refunds are handled in line with applicable law and our refund policy.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of your photos and content. You grant Kalos a license to display them within the service for matching and discovery. Content that violates these terms may be removed without notice.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee matches, dates, or any specific outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kalos is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
